The session was designed not only as a technical briefing but also as a collaborative exchange where grantees could discuss challenges and experiences from the early stages of implementation. Clear communication and transparency are central to the Fund’s approach, and this meeting exemplified those values in practice.
During the session, Fund Coordinator Milena Milošević Mićić provided detailed guidance on how to complete the Interim Report and Final Narrative Report, outlining the structure, timelines, and expectations. She emphasized the importance of documenting both activities and results in a way that demonstrates the impact of each project on local communities and cultural heritage practices.
